Q. My post is all jacked up...what happened?
A. This can happen when you copy and paste text from
another website or from Microsoft Word. This can also cause the ietag.dll to
try to install because of the Microsoft Word formatting. Always run your
text through notepad, or use the "Paste From Word" button in your editor
when posting.
Q. Can I use hyperlinks in my posts?
A. Yes, feel free to link up to your website(s).
Q. Why are there Google Ads on the side of my posts?
A. The lights must stay on, and the bills need to stay
paid. In order to provide this free service, Google Ads on the side of the
post pages seemed the most logical and un-obtrusive way to do so.
Q. How is LundList different than craigslist?
A. We have no intention to compete with craigslist.
Craigslist is an awesome site, and has been around forever. One of our
objectives is to provide other features that you may not get with
craigslist, like: The ability to insert YouTube videos, better web 2.0 pic
features in your posts, Rich Text Editing for your posts, OneClick RePosts,
more attention to smaller towns and cities, just to name a few.
Q. What happens to my post after 30 days?
A. Our system will never delete your posts, however it will
fall out of the category listings, and any images attached to your post will
be deleted, and replaced with a generic default image that tells users that
your ad is over 30 days old. To keep this from happening, it is suggested
that you use our handy OneClick Repost feature to keep your post alive and
kicking. You can always inactivate your post in the members area so that is
doesn't show in the category listings.
Q. I am getting an error, or see something that should be
fixed.
A. Please use the contact form on the
contact us page to bring it to our attention,
and we will get it fixed pronto ;)
